This is the placement
Wipe the area thourghly with
a clean paper towel
Next, wipe the area well with the provided alcohol towels.
Peel the backing off of the andhesive pad.
Firmly press the Billy Bopper down onto the Trash Can lid and wiggle it to help seat it.

The Billy Bopper can be used immediately, but takes 24 hours for the adhesive pad to fully cure.
